Facility Services is a customer service oriented division of the Sport Alliance of Ontario.  Our clients represent the Ontario sport and recreation community, ranging from organizations that govern the delivery of sport and recreation at the Provincial level to community-based leaders, volunteers and coaches.  Facility Services manages the over 85,000 square feet of office space at the corner of Don Mills and Eglinton in Toronto, Ontario, to which we affectionately refer as the "Home of Amateur Sport".  You may recognize us by our 20 foot tall comet "S" on the north face of the building.  Currently, there are 56 sport and recreation organizations who call the Sport Alliance of Ontario their "Home".

The Sport Alliance of Ontario offers a broad range of customer services through our Facility Services Department.  These include:  

MARKETPLACE

Once a year the Sport Alliance of Ontario's Facility Services hosts a popular and much anticipated event referred to as the "Marketplace".  This is an excellent opportunity for representatives of approximately 20 hotels across the province to share information about their wide range of services with the more than 50 Sport and Recreation Organizations housed in the building.  The Marketplace is ideal for event managers and organizers who may be looking for the perfect facility to host their conferences and annual meetings while taking advantage of the excellent group rates offered by the visiting hotels. 

Our next SAO " Marketplace" will take place on November 21, 2007.

BOARDROOMS

The Sport Alliance of Ontario building, located in Toronto at 1185 Eglinton Ave. E., offers a choice of 7 boardrooms of varying sizes that can accommodate up to 80 people.  Our reasonably priced meeting rooms are ideal for your group's upcoming meetings or conferences.  Each of our boardrooms has access to audiovisual equipment, internet connection and catering services.  Click here to see the set-up, size, dimension and capacity of each boardroom.
