What does the application process look like?
As a rule, we will first have an initial meeting to get to know one another. You will get to know us, and we will get to know you – in an easy and informal manner. The next thing will be a trial day or coding session. We show each other what we can do and how we work. Thumbs up from both sides? Then we'll ultimately offer you a contract.

Who works at SPA?
There are currently around 220 talented people who work for Sport Alliance. We are a team that makes a difference – and we put our heart into achieving that. Take a look at our Team section and see for yourself.
What does SPA actually do?
We develop high-class software solutions for the international fitness industry. These include our brands Magicline, MySports, Finion and Bedarf.de. Our goal is to digitalise the industry and thus make access to sport as easy as possible.
Can I arrange a non-binding discussion?
Yes, of course. You can arrange an informal first meeting with. You don't need to prepare anything for this – except maybe the questions you want to ask us.
